Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable prior to enrolment confirmation. Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of registration. All fees are subject to change; any changes will not affect confirmed enrolments already paid for.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests received more than 7 calendar days before a program's start date will be reviewed and may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. 9. Disclaimers

Our educational content is provided "as is" and is intended for general informational purposes only. Propvel makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for your specific circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

Propvel reserves the right to suspend access to our programs or website in cases of breach of these terms. Enrolled participants who breach these terms may be removed from a program without refund. You may withdraw from a program by notifying us in writing; refund eligibility is subject to the terms in Section 8 above.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure by Propvel to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
